A week away! So much preparation goes into a night like this and then before you know it, it’s gone! I’m really looking forward to the big CD release party and show… I know I’m going to be swamped with making sure everybody is happy and having a good time, but I need to remember to make sure I’M having a good time… I know I will. I guess that’s what “Can’t Slow Down” is all about! Somebody bring Roses so I can stop and smell them…
There has been so much work going into this event and I have to take a moment to thank some people… The umpa-lumpa’s have been very instrumental in making this a reality! OK, that’s not really true but I’ve just always wanted to thank them for some reason…
Daniel has been working overtime trying to get everything ready as well as Deborah and Niki, my wonderful fans and Street team and my alter Ego who has been practicing hours a day out of fear of totally fucking up on this important night!…. :-/ thank you all!
The most important thing to remember is to not think too much about what’s really happening and the fact that everyone will be there to see ME and hear MY music… quite overwhelming… Oh crap, now I’m thinking about it! Somebody STOP me! If my mind were hooked up to a generator and energy could be harnessed from my thought process, we’d have one hell of a light show!
